The Steamboat promotion was quite successful. Thank to all the supporter. Hee...hee.. we manage to steal some customer from the other Tze Char nearby. In fact the response was overwhleming! Danny even got not less than 20 calls on his mobile asking for direction to the Moonstone Seafood.
The booking for the Lunuar New Year was good too! the Air-con room for 6pm slot and the 8.30pm slot was full. New booking will have to take the non-aircon area. Come to think of it, better for them as they will get the charcoal style Steamboat whereas those in the air-con room will have to use the gas stove style due to safety concern :-(
We got feedback from friends that some people like to have whole fish during this day rather than having steamboat. The 3 partners discussed and hence decided to give the customer a choice to choose between Hong Kong Style Steam Garoupa or the Steamboat style. No extra charge for either style.
